Carol Vorderman has once again given fans a glimpse of the incredible fit figure she works so hard for.
The 61-year-old telly personality showed off her impressive physique on Instagram on Monday as she donned a khaki top and matching leggings to hit the gym.
She highlighted her gorgeous features with a natural makeup look and had her blonde locks styled straight on her shoulders.
The former Countdown legend shared more of her fitness journey with fans in the clip, as they lapped up her tips.
“So I've got a very sweaty kettlebell session coming up now,” she told her fans before informing them that they too could join in and look like she does – for free.
“I did it yesterday and woah was it hard - 25 minutes, more or less non-stop, online and it's free on YouTube.
“I found this amazing couple, called Juice and Toyah and they have lots of different workouts and I really like them.”
The mathematician spent last week in Portugal as she pampered herself on a late summer trip.
She posted yet sizzling snaps from her holiday, taking fans along for her spa day as she posed in just a towel.
The Portuguese spa day is another moment in her remarkable body transformation which she has undergone in recent months.
The Pride of Britain host has dropped a dress size in two weeks while she was at the Juicy fitness retreat, also in Portugal.
Carol showed fans on social media that she had been undergoing intense workouts during her stay and that she only drank juices while there.
She wrote on Instagram at the time, along with pics of her draining regime: "We're coming home soon....still another day to go. 18 days -3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale.
"I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm."
Carol continued: "My other half here @jules__sampson has dropped TWO dress sizes and looks incredible and feels so strong.
"It's a special place here. So chilled out and happy. Jason has created the magic alright."
