Carol Vorderman, 60, sports tight outfit for gym session after online dating confession

Carol Vorderman likes to keep her enviable physique in the best shape possible.

And the 60-year-old ensured her toned and fit body was on display as she was pictured heading to a gym in Bristol on Wednesday.

The former Countdown host ensured she was prepared to get her blood pumping as she stepped out in a pair of black skintight leggings teamed with a long-sleeved grey T-shirt.

Carol kept her feet comfortable in trainers and appeared on a mission to get going as she was snapped walking to her car.

Despite heading for a sweaty session, Carol still kept up her usually glamorous appearance by leaving her long locks down in loose waves and covered her eyes with some mirrored sunglasses.

Carol kept her belongings to a minimum and all she was seen in possession of were the keys to her vehicle.

Following her workout, Carol took to her Instagram Stories to share on her time in the gym.

"Had a good gym session earlier with Gus @bright_bristol," Carol penned.

She added: "I want to do pull-ups so to start it all off he got me hanging from the bars….loved it…

"Bod was strong but oooooh the hand GRIP was hard and painful #newgripexercisesneeded."

Telling how she is set to continue the hard, she wrote: "Love the gym work. Back in tomoz."

Carol recently revealed that she had signed up to the exclusive dating app, Raya, where she was promptly inundated with messages.

She admitted that she had been receiving messages from men and women alike.

Speaking to The Sun in February, she confessed that it had been a friend's idea to sign up for the dating site.

The TV personality explained how she is trying to learn how to do pull-ups and that she will be back to the gym (Instagram)

She told the publication: "A mate of mine said it would be a laugh.

"A lot of LA people made contact, men and women funnily enough, but it's not my scene.

"I'm quite happy with my usual way of doing things. But life is never dull."
