It doesn’t matter how old Carol Vorderman gets, her body keeps looking younger and younger.
The 58-year-old showed off her slim and toned physique in photos uploaded to Twitter where she attached an inspirational message to women about the importance of exercise.
Wearing a black Nike vest and lacy knickers, Carol gave her followers a sneak peek of her in her 'scruffy home gym gear'.
The former Countdown star was responding to a comment made by Olympic rower James Cracknell, winner at the weekend’s boat race, about keeping healthy.
She said: “Totally agree with @jamescracknell. Keep on moving no matter what your age.”
She added: “Every day is a bonus...living them all with a great big grin.”

It’s not the first time Carol has shown off the results of her hard work in the gym.
On the weekend she was snapped wearing a figure-hugging gown at the Soldiering On Awards.
Fans tweeted their appreciation for the telly personality - with some asking for her hand in marriage.
One simply said: “Marry me.”
