Carol Kirkwood's outfit distracts viewers on BBC Breakfast as many demand one thing

Carol Kirkwood's sense of style was the hot topic of conversation for BBC Breakfast viewers on Monday morning as she presented the weather forecast live from Dorset.

Sharing the weather news with hosts Sally Nugent and Jon Kay, the Scot introduced: "I am in beautiful RSPB Arne in Dorset, look at my view this morning. It is quite humid, I must say, it's humid where ever you are this morning."

She went on to share the forecast for the day with viewers, predicting sunshine across the United Kingdom.

However, it was her outfit that caught viewers' attention, as she opted for a more casual look, reports the Mirror.

The weather presenter is known to deliver the forecast in an array of smart looks. However, on Monday, she swapped her usual selection of dresses for a white t-shirt and black trousers.

The casual t-shirt was emblazoned with an amusing bunny design that caught BBC Breakfast viewers' attention.

One curious viewer asked: "Carol, my daughter loves your tshirt! Where is it from?" And another tweeted: "@carolkirkwood where did you get your T shirt you are wearing today at Arne?!"

Another fan simply praised: "All the best, like the t-shirt," and a fourth added: "Morning Carol, love the...T-shirt."

Last week, whilst she appeared on BBC Breakfast, Carol was light-heartedly branded a "monster" by host Naga Munchetty live on air.

Whilst on-air, Naga and Charlie Stayt discussed the 90th anniversary of the first sighting of the Loch Ness monster.

Naga told the weather presenter: "Carol, we’re talking about the Loch Ness Monster next,” before the meteorologist burst into laughter.

“Why are you laughing?” Naga asked as Carol replied: "I'm just envisioning what’s coming my way, Naga.”

She asked: “Have you ever looked for the Loch Ness Monster? Obviously, you’re from Scotland, you were born in Scotland, isn’t the loch near where you were born the deepest part in Scotland or something?”

“It's the deepest fresh water in the UK and Lock Morar also has its own monster and she is called Morag, allegedly a relation of Nessy," Carol replied as Naga cheekily remarked: "Middle name Carol?”

“That's what I was waiting for!” Carol quipped as the presenter added: "I couldn’t let you down carol, I couldn’t let you down."
