Carlos Hyde could be an option at RB for the Eagles after being released by the Jags

A possible addition to the Eagles running back by committee just hit the open market and would be a nice addition to an already talented backfield. According to Ian Rapoport, Carlos Hyde has been released by the Jaguars.

Hyde would likely cost the Eagles $3-4 million on a one year deal, coming off a season as Leonard Fournette’s backup, and would be a good candidate for goalline carries at the minimum, since Hyde has scored five or more touchdowns every season he’s been in the league.
