Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that he likes to joke with Everton's midfielders about his own time as a player.
The Blues boss also opened up on the trio of stars in his current squad that he thinks would make good managers themselves in the future.
The Italian joined made the move to Goodison Park in December 2019 and has revamped the club since that point, leading them to a fantastic start to the 2020/21 campaign.
Ancelotti is one of the most respected and highly thought-of managers in the world having completed a playing career as a midfielder.
And, speaking at Everton's virtual General Meeting on Thursday, the boss joked that he should show the club's current crop of midfielders some highlights of his time as a player.
The Blues manager said: "I don't know, I like to have fun with players because they really don't know how I was as a player!
"So I like to joke with Tom Davies, with Doucoure, with the midfielders - saying that I really was a good holding midfielder.
"I have to give to them some highlights of my style of play."
The boss was also asked about which players in his squad can become good managers in the future.
Ancelotti picked out Seamus Coleman, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Andre Gomes - but doesn't necessarily believe that they will be thinking about that outcome right now.
"Going to be a manager? Coleman I would say, Sigurdsson can be a manager, I think Andre Gomes can be a good manager," the Italian remarked.
"They don't know now. Maybe Seamus is thinking about this, I don't think Sigurdsson is going to think about this.
"But they can be good managers."
