It doesn't get any easier for Tottenham as Everton make the trip to north London on Monday evening.
Losing 3-1 against Sheffield United on Thursday, Jose Mourinho's side need to bounce back or the visitors will leapfrog them in the table.
A defeat against the Toffees would also see Spurs drop into the bottom half providing that Burnley pick up at least a point this weekend.
Everton go into the game in N17 on the back of two successive wins, with Ancelotti's men recording a well-earned 2-1 victory over Leicester City last time out.
The Merseyside club had to do without key man Richarlison for the final 30 minutes of the game at Goodison Park through injury as he made way for Tom Davies.
Amid concerns that the Brazilian international may miss out at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Ancelotti has confirmed that the player will be fine for Monday despite not training today.
There is also some further good news for the Toffees as right-back Djibril Sidibe is fit to play for the first time since the return of Premier League football.
"We have Sidibe back for this game, [Theo] Walcott and [Fabian] Delph are out," said the Italian at his press conference, as reported by Liverpool Echo.
"Richarlison didn't train today but I think he will be able to train tomorrow so he's not going to have a problem to play on Monday.
"I think he will be fine. He has to train tomorrow and Sunday but I think he is recovering well from the knock.
"He's not going to have a problem."
Speaking about coming up against Spurs, he said: "They are a really dangerous team with fantastic players, we also have to take into consideration Sheffield United are a fantastic team.
"It will be an exciting game, we need to do the best."
Tottenham's match against Everton will be the start of three games in the space of seven days.
The team will take on Bournemouth three days after the Everton game, with the first north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium taking place on the Sunday.
