Ancelotti agreed with the official but Guardiola says the 22-year-old deserved to be shown a red card.

The Man City boss faced the media first and when asked if he thought Calvert-Lewin should've been sent off, he said: "I think so."

The Man City boss then repeated the phrase when asked if he thought it was a bad challenge. saying: "I think so."

But Ancelotti says Guardiola was wrong to say the challenge should've seen the Blues forward dismissed.

"Pep knows that was not a red card because he was strong tackle but he went on the ball so I think it was the right decision," Ancelotti said after the game.
