Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Everton are targeting a Europa League finish this season.
His side are currently ninth in the Premier League but remain just four points behind fifth-place Tottenham Hotspur.
When asked if Everton, who are eight points adrift of Chelsea in the final Champions League qualification spot, could consider a late push for the top-four, the Italian replied: "Honestly we are not thinking about this.
"Of course to play Europa League would be a fantastic result for us for the next season. This is the target in this moment. Chelsea are too far in this moment.
"Maybe the next three of four games they can be more closer to us but the fact is there are a lot of teams involved there, a lot of fantastic teams.
"Our target has to be, in this moment, the Europa League. We will see in the next few games what will happen."
Ancelotti is without Fabian Delph for the visit of Crystal Palace on Saturday after the midfielder, signed from Manchester City in the summer, was sent off against Watford.

The Everton manager says Tom Davies, Morgan Schneiderlin and Gylfi Sigurdsson are vying for two starting places against the Eagles as he praised the impact of Delph since his appointment.
"Honestly I can say Fabian did a good job here with his personality and character in this period," Ancelotti added.
"The team needs a player with this kind of quality.
"We have Davies, Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson [available]. I can say now two of these will play - and one will go on the bench!"
