Carlo Ancelotti has offered Everton Women some important advice ahead of their Merseyside derby meeting with Liverpool next month.
The two sides are set to meet at Goodison Park on February 9 in the Women's Super League clash.
Ancelotti watched on as trained at USM Finch Farm on Wednesday, and the Italian coach had some kind words of encouragement and support for the Blues.
In a video shared to Everton's official Twitter, the three-time Champions League winner was spotted watching on as the women's team were put through their paces.
As the six-and-a-half minute clip ends Ancelotti can be heard giving some crucial advice to Kirk's squad.
The Blues boss said: "So I wanted to meet you. I want to wish you all the best for the future, for the next games.
"I know that you defeated Liverpool but there is another game so we have to fight. It is not easy to beat this team and so I wish you all the best."
The two sides last met at Anfield in November as Lucy Graham's goal secured a 1-0 win for Everton.
