Carlie Johnson: Police release CCTV of 28-year-old missing for three days outside Shoreditch club with unidentified man

Police have released CCTV footage of a missing woman leaving a Shoreditch nightclub with an unidentified man.

Carlie Johnson, 28, from Chelmsford, Essex, was last seen on Friday at Liverpool Street station, where she was meant to catch a train home from London.

She never arrived home, however, and her friends and family have not been able to contact her.

Police are seeking this man, pictured on CCTV outside the XOYO club in Cowper Street

Police have released CCTV footage of the woman in the company of an unknown man outside the XOYO club in Cowper Street, near Old Street roundabout.

Officers are keen to trace the man.

A police spokesperson said: "Officers want to trace this man as he may be able to help piece together Carlie’s movements after this image was captured at 4.12am on Saturday, October 17.

"The man in the CCTV or anyone who knows who he is should contact police at Chelmsford on 101."

Ms Johnson had been in London for a job interview and had met up with her friend Evie Taylor afterwards.

Although they had been due to return home together, they were separated at the train station.

Ms Taylor told the Mail Online: "Her phone has gone off and I can't get hold of her.

"She hasn't checked anything and it's not like her at all, I've tried to see if she's checked her emails but there's been nothing."
