It's fair to say Jamel Herring is in pretty decent shape ahead of his potential showdown with Carl Frampton.
The WBO world super-featherweight champion is being lined up to face the Jackal in Belfast later this year.
The SSE Arena has been mooted as a venue for the showdown, which is likely to happen in May or June.
Frampton is currently recovering from surgery on both hands after sustaining fractures in both hands during his unanimous points win over Tyler McCreary on November 30.
The 32-year-old also revealed he refractured his left hand twice in the build-up to the fight, aggravating an injury sustained back in August when an ornament fell on his hand during the build-up to his scheduled fight against Emmanuel Dominguez.
Frampton insists he will be ready to fight come May or June, and it looks like he will have to ramp up the training.
Herring looked absolutely ripped in a photograph he posted on his social media on Tuesday.
He added the message: "Set the date, time, and location... I’ll be there."
Fans hope the reference is to a clash with Frampton, and the Jackal took time to respond with a hilarious reply: "If this is you now, I should at least get rid of the cellulite on my h***."
Herring enjoyed the tweet, replying: "I’m not going to ask what in fact which hole, we’re speaking of."
