An adorable dog’s reaction to her owner laying in her doggy bed has melted the hearts of viewers on TikTok.
The thoughtful canine showed off her empathy in the clip, not wanting to leave her owner without someone to cuddle.
In the clip, Izzy, who is minding her own business chewing on a bone, notices her owner slowly approaching her doggy bed.
The busy pup pays no mind, that is until her owner decides he’s going to lay down in Izzy’s bed.
Her owner slowly lowers himself onto the bed, carefully watching Izzy as he does to see if she reacts.
The video, which was uploaded by TikTok user @jonathan_lee_scholes, was recorded by Izzy’s human as an experiment to see what, if anything, the dog would do.
At first she doesn’t seem to react to the intrusion, continuing to chew on her bone and stay in her own little world.
But Izzy, who was adopted by her owner Jonathan, doesn’t wait long before getting to her feet and joining him in her doggy bed, with the bone still hanging from her mouth.
The dog clearly noticed that her owner was feeling a little needy, and quickly reacted by placing herself in his arms.
The pair, who reside in the city of Calgary in Canada, enjoy a warm embrace together in the small bed in a clip which melted the hearts of all who saw it.
