Careers Talk: New roles in journalism and how to get them

Guest this week: The Guardian's local launch editor, Sarah Hartley, has been an online journalist since, 2000 after starting her career in regional newspapers. She blogs on the evolution of journalism, social media and online communities — so we've been asking her about the new roles and career paths that have been created by developments in the way news and content is now delivered and how to get these jobs.
