'Career highlight' - Some Arsenal fans go crazy after what Calum Chambers did on pre-season tour

Arsenal fans have not had too much to cheer of late.

From missing out on Champions League qualification after finishing fifth in the Premier League and then losing 4-1 against Chelsea in the Europa League final, to a lack of summer signings so far, it has not been the happiest of times for Gunners supporters.

Eighteen-year-old Gabriel Martinelli has joined the Gunners this summer from Brazilian side Ituano, and he has linked up with the squad on the club's pre-season tour of the United States of America.

But with no news of other signings just yet, the dissatisfaction of some supporters has been shown by the response to some of the club's social media posts in recent days, with several Arsenal fans saying the same thing as they ask for news on new signings.

But one post in particular has got Arsenal fans talking today (Sunday), with many Gunners fans responding to a video posted by the club on social networking website Twitter.

The video, which shows Calum Chambers performing a nutmeg during a visit from Arsenal to Venice Beach FC where some freestyle footballers were showcasing their skills, sparked a reaction from several fans and players in attendance, with some seen reacting wildly after what Chambers did, including Granit Xhaka and Rob Holding.

But the reaction from Gunners fans on social media has been mixed, with some fans loving what Chambers did, while it did not go down as well with others, who expressed their bewilderment at the club's post.

Here is a selection of some of the tweets from Gunners fans.

Meanwhile, Venice Beach FC also responded to Arsenal's social media post, responding with a simple message, which read: "Brutal, but still blessed."
