The Arizona Cardinals have not yet ever been featured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks,” the yearly docuseries that gives fans an inside look at a team’s training camp. They were eligible this year but HBO chose the Dallas Cowboys.
However, the Cardinals will kind of be on “Hard Knocks” in the show’s next episode.
The Cardinals host the Cowboys on Friday in Arizona’s preseason opener. The Cowboys, of course, played in one preseason contest already, as they were in the Hall of Fame Game last week.
So while the focus of the show is the Cowboys, there will surely be some clips from Friday’s game against the Cardinals. The first episode focused some on rookie linebacker Micah Parsons, selected in the first round by the Cowboys. If that is the case again, there could be some footage of a play he makes or a play he gives up against the Cardinals.
So if you are a Cardinals fan and already watch the show, keep an eye out on next week’s episode. Your favorite team might get a little screen time.
