The Arizona Cardinals played 65 offensive snaps on Sunday against the New York Giants. How was the playing time divided up and what does it mean?
Quarterback

Kyler Murray, 65
Once again, Murray played every single snap. He has played every snap of all seven games this season. This is good.
Running back

Chase Edmonds, 61; David Johnson, 3
Johnson played three snaps in the first drive of the game and then didn’t play again. Using some math, we see that the Cardinals had one snap with no running back on the field at all.
Wide receiver

Trent Sherfield, 53; Damiere Byrd, 52; Larry Fitzgerald, 48; Pharoh Cooper, 23; Andy Isabella, 10; KeeSean Johnson, 5
Johnson’s playing time dipped tremendously. Isabella continues to play a limited role. Sherfield has been playing more as of late.
Tight end

Maxx Williams, 32; Charles Clay, 30
The tight ends continue to play more than earlier in the season. Kliff Kingsbury continues to split almost equally the snaps between Clay and Williams.
Offensive line

D.J. Humphries, 65; Justin Pugh, 65; A.Q. Shipley, 65; J.R. Sweezy, 65; Justin Murray, 65
This is such good news. Once again, every starting lineman played every snap. Everyone except for Murray has played every snap of the season. Murray has played 100 percent of the snaps in the five games he started.
Considering the number of injuries the team has sustained in the last three seasons on the offensive line, this is incredible.
