The Arizona Cardinals played 67 defensive snaps in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Let’s see how the playing time was divided up and what it meant in the game.
Defensive line

Corey Peters, 48; Rodney Gunter, 41; Jonathan Bullard, 35; Zach Kerr, 14; Clinton McDonald, 13; Michael Dogbe, 3
Dogbe got his first snaps of the season. McDonald played less than in previous weeks. It is clear that Bullard has earned his way into the playing rotation. Kerr played 14 snaps despite being with the team only one week.
Linebackers

Jordan Hicks, 67; Haason Reddick, 67; Chandler Jones, 62; Terrell Suggs, 51; Cassius Marsh, 13; Brooks Reed, 12
Reed played a little more than he had in previous weeks. Marsh did, too. Hicks and Reddick continue to play every snap.
Defensive backs

Budda Baker, 67; Byron Murphy, 67; Kevin Peterson, 47; Jalen Thompson, 45; Deionte Thompson, 43; Tramaine Brock, 42
Brock got hurt twice and missed 25 snaps as a result. That left the two Thompsons on the field at the same time for 21 snaps.
