The Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos are familiar preseason opponents. It seems like we can pencil in these two teams for the final preseason game every year.
That is because it is almost every year it occurs.
This is the fifth straight year and the 14th time in the last 16 seasons they have faced each other in the preseason finale before final cuts.
In general, this is the 28th preseason game between the two teams and the 17th matchup in the last 21 years.
The Broncos hold a sizable 18-9 advantage in the preseason series but considering 13 of those games have come in the preseason finale, it isn’t like it matters.
The Cardinals lost 21-10 to the Broncos last year in the preseason.
