The Arizona Cardinals face the Minnesota Vikings Saturday morning for their third preseason game of the year. With expanded rosters, it is not uncommon to see teams have former players of their opponents.
Such is the case for both teams this week. Between the two, there are five players who have been with the other team.
CB Tramaine Brock

Brock, who because of Robert Alford’s injury and Patrick Peterson’s suspension, will be the Cardinals’ No. 1 corner, played for the Vikings in 2017. He appeared in 11 games.
OL Colby Gossett

Gossett was drafted by the Vikings last year in the sixth round. He didn’t make the team. The Cardinals signed him off the Vikings practice squad in October. He ended up starting four games for Arizona.
CB Bené Benwikere

Benwikere played part of 2018 for the Cardinals. He played in 11 games and started eight. He was released after losing his starting job. He had an interception.
Ifeadi Odenigbo

Odenigbo was originally drafted by the Vikings in 2017. The Cardinals claimed him off waivers in 2018 and he appeared in one game. He was released after a month. He is back with the Vikings now.
Matt Wile

Wile punted for the Cardinals late in 2016. He then battled for the starting punting job in 2017 and appeared to win it until the Cardinals traded for Andy Lee. He punted all last season for the Vikings.
