The Arizona Cardinals have made a big in-season move. Following the season-ending injury to tight end Maxx Williams, they have acquired tight end Zach Ertz from the Philadelphia Eagles, according to multiple reports.
In the deal, they acquire Ertz and give up cornerback Tay Gowan, whom they drafted in the sixth round this year. Gowan has not been active yet in a game this year. They also agree to give the Eagles a 2022 fifth-round pick.
