Cardinals to pick 8th in 2020 draft

The Arizona Cardinals wrapped up the 2019 season on Sunday, losing to the Los Angeles Rams 31-24 and finished the season 5-10-1. Because they did not qualify for the postseason, their 2020 draft status is set.

The top 20 picks are locked in for the NFL draft order and the Cardinals will pick eighth overall.

It is the second year in a row they have a top-10 pick. Last year, they had the No. 1 overall pick after a 3-13 2018 season.

They also picked 10th in 2018 but traded up from No. 15 to do it.

Here is what the first 20 picks are in the draft and the records for the teams.
