Cardinals to host Penn State DE Shareef Miller

The Arizona Cardinals continue to look at different college prospects. While the players who get the most attention are those projected to go at the top or near the top of the draft, Arizona has seven Day 3 picks to use as well.

Being that they will certainly want to have depth at outside linebacker, they have at least some interest in Penn State defensive end Shareef Miller.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Cardinals are one of three teams he is set to have private visits with in the coming days.

Miller is projected as a Day 3 pick.

He is 6-4, 254 pounds and ran the 40 in 4.69 seconds. He had 7.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss in 2018. His size and athleticism would make him an outside linebacker in the Cardinals’ defense. He was Penn State’s defensive MVP last year and was a third-team All-Big Ten selection in 2017.
