Many Vikings fans were pretty upset when the team released quarterback Kyle Sloter.
We don’t know if that was because they actually like Sloter, or because they thought it was cool to like Slotter.
Either way, the preseason phenom is not longer a Viking.
Instead, he’ll be a member of the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad.
It probably says something that no other team had a roster spot for Sloter and he ended up just getting an opportunity on a team’s practice squad.
Sloter spent last season as the team’s third quarterback, and the season prior as a member of the practice squad.
His release didn’t come as a huge surprise considering Mike Zimmer’s harsh words during this year’s training camp and preseason.
