Cardinals open as big home favorites over Panthers in Week 10

The Arizona Cardinals bounced back from their Week 8 loss to the Green Bay Packers with a 31-17 road win over the San Francisco 49ers, doing so with backup quarterback Colt McCoy.

They head home in Week 10 to take on the Carolina Panthers, who have lost five of their last six games after a 3-0 start.

According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Cardinals open the week as big favorites.

On the money line, the Cardinals are listed at -500, which implies an 83.33% chance of winning the game. A money line bet on the Cardinals is not a great value. It takes a $500 bet on the Cardinals to win the game outright to win $100.

The Panthers are +360 on the money line. They are given 21.74% implied odds of beating the Cardinals.

A $100 bet on the Panthers wins $360 if they win.

The Cardinals are favored against the spread as well. They are listed at -9.5 (-115), meaning a $115 ATS bet on the Cardinals wins $100 if the Cardinals beat the Panthers by at least 10 points.

The Panthers are listed at +9.5 (-105). A $105 ATS bet on the Panthers wins $100 if they win outright or lose by no more than nine points.

The total is set at 44.5, with the Over set at -108 and the Under at -112. A $108 wager on the Over wins $100 if the teams combine for 45 points or more.

A $112 bet on the Under pays $100 if they combine for 44 or fewer points.

On the season, the Cardinals are 8-1 on the money line, 7-2 ATS and 4-5 O/U.

The Panthers are 4-5 ML, 4-5 ATS and 2-7 O/U.
