Cardinals milestones in reach in Week 11 vs. 49ers

The Arizona Cardinals face the San Francisco 49ers Sunday afternoon for the second time this season. Some Cardinals players can reach or achieve career or season milestones in the game.

Here are some of those potential milestones.

LB Jordan Hicks

It should not take long for Hicks to get his milestone. With his first tackle, he will reach 100 tackles for the season. It will be the first time in his career he has had 100 tackles in a season.

RB David Johnson

With a touchdown reception, he would have 15 in his career. He would become only the fifth player in history to have 30 rushing touchdowns and 15 receiving touchdowns in his first five seasons. Marcus Allen, Thurman Thomas, Chuck Foreman and Abner Haynes are the only players to accomplish the feat.

With one sack against the 49ers, Jones will tie Simeon Rice for third place on the franchise all-time list for sacks, giving him 53.5 since he joined the Cardinals in 2016.

With 1.5 sacks, he would reach 13 sacks in a season for the third season in a row. Only Reggie White had more consecutive seasons of at least 13 sacks. He had four.

Terrell Suggs

With one sack of Jimmy Garoppolo, he will tie DeMarcus Ware for eighth place on the NFL all-time list for career sacks with 138.5. Garoppolo would become the 77th different quarterback Suggs has sacked, tying Reggie White and Julius Peppers for the most different quarterbacks sacked in a career.

QB Kyler Murray

With three touchdown passes, he would tie Jake Plummer for the franchise rookie record for touchdown passes with 15.

With two touchdown passes, he would be the first rookie in team history to have multiple touchdown passes in three consecutive games.
