The Arizona Cardinals are trending in the right direction after a 27-21 victory over the New York Giants on the road. It was their third straight win and it evened their season record to 3-3-1.
After the Cardinals got the victory, coach Kliff Kingsbury gave out some game balls. He recognized three players. Watch it in the video shared by the team on Twitter.
Who got game balls?
CB Patrick Peterson

It was his first game back in the lineup after his suspension. He had seven tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. The sack and forced fumble came late in the fourth quarter to almost put the game away.
Chandler Jones

Kingsbury gave Jones a game ball for obvious reasons. He had a career-high four sacks against the Giants. He forced another fumble. The last time the Cardinals had a player with four sacks in a game, it was in 2004, also against the Giants, when Bertrand Berry sacked Kurt Warner four times in Eli Manning’s rookie season.
Chase Edmonds

Kingsbury didn’t have an actual ball to give him but Edmonds also got a game ball for his performance. It was a bit of a homecoming for him, as he played at Fordham in New York collegiately. He had 126 rushing yards and three touchdowns, as well as two receptions for 24 yards. In all, it was 150 yards from scrimmage.
