Cardinals’ broadcast takes perfect shot at NFL over ridiculous false start penalties

Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals have had some mind-boggling false start penalties called against them thus far into the preseason, calls that were made over the QB clapping his hands before the snap, which is perfectly legal and done by just about every QB in the league.

The team was called for another ridiculous false start during Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, but this one didn’t even have anything to do with clapping as it appeared that backup QB Brett Hundley got whistled for lifting his right leg before the snap.

The refs have labeled these things “abrupt movements” before the snap, which seems really silly, especially if you look at highlights of what other quarterbacks do before snaps.
