Cardinals awarded 4 compensatory picks in Rounds 6-7 of 2019 draft

The Arizona Cardinals will have 11 draft picks in the upcoming 2019 NFL draft. The NFL announced the 32 compensatory picks it awards to teams based on free agent losses the previous year. The Cardinals were one of two teams awarded four compensatory selections.

They receive an extra sixth-round selection (pick No. 207) and three extra picks in the seventh round (picks 248, 249 and 254).

They have the final pick in the draft.

Their picks were calculated by the losses of Tramon Williams, Kareem Martin, Drew Stanton, Jaron Brown, John Brown and Blaine Gabbert, offsetting the gains of Andre Smith and Justin Pugh.

They ended up receiving one pick more than was originally projected.

They now have one pick in each of the first five round of the draft, three in the sixth round and three in the seventh.
