Cardinals 2019 stats countdown: 36 days until season opener

The Arizona Cardinals are now 36 days away from their 2019 season opener at home against the Detroit Lions. We continue to look through stats in team history and give you notable ones for each day.

What stats are there for the No. 36?

Scoring 36 points in a season by a player has occurred 39 times.

Jay Feely attempted 36 field goals in 2013.

David Johnson caught 36 passes as a rookie in 2015.

Jake Plummer was sacked 36 times in 2002.

Antrel Rolle and Jerraud Power both broke up 36 passes in their stints with the Cardinals.

David Galloway had 36 sacks for the Cardinals from 1982-1989. He is No. 11 on the team’s all-time list.

From 2005-2009, Chike Okeafor had 36 tackles for loss and 36 QB hits while a member of the Cardinals.
