Cardinals 2019 stats countdown: 15 days till season opener

There are 15 days until the Arizona Cardinals open the 2019 season and officially begin the Kliff Kingsbury and Kyler Murray era. In 15 days, they will take on the Detroit Lions at home.

As we count down to the opener, let us continue to find stats for each number.

What are some stats in team history for the No. 15?

Sonny Randle holds the team record for receiving touchdown catches in a season with 15, which he did in 1960.

Lamar McHan won 15 games as a starting quarterback between 1954-1958.

Drew Stanton and John Skelton each threw 15 touchdown passes for the Cardinals. Stanton also threw 15 interceptions.

Johnny Johnson, Macarthur Lane, Steve Jones and Mario Bates all scored 15 rushing touchdowns for the Cardinals.

Five defensive players had 15 interceptions in their Cardinals career, including Karlos Dansby and Rashad Johnson.

Chris Chandler, Jake Plummer and Jim Hart (twice) threw 15 touchdown passes in a season.

Chandler, Plummer, Charley Johnson, Jeff Blake and Lamar McHan threw 15 interceptions in a season.
