Cardiff today: Vulcan success, Welsh blogosphere, and Buzz shoes

Good morning Cardiff!

Today Cardiff Council returns to normal after the summer recess with the licensing committee meeting this morning and the children and young persons scrutiny committee in the afternoon. See the agendas here, and see our report on councillor attendance to these meetings here.
