Today it's Cardiff University open day – so if you see lots of studenty types wandering around the city make sure you point them in the right direction.
Also today, the first hearing for two men charged with the murder of Aamir Siddiqi will take place at Cardiff Crown Court.
The Lower Grangetown Community Partnership will meet tonight at 6.30pm at Channel View Leisure Centre, Jim Driscoll Way.
At 7pm there will be a hustings for Cardiff West candidates focusing on international issues at Canton Uniting Church, Cowbridge Road East. At 7.30pm the Llanishen local history society will meet at Coed Glas School, Ty Glas Avenue.
The ban on UK airspace was lifted at 10pm last night and Cardiff Airport confirmed local airspace had been reopened. Passengers are still being asked to check with their airline provider after the Civil Aviation Authority said it is up to each airline to determine whether flights will go ahead. We'll bring you the latest on flights today.
In Cardiff South, residents near the derelict Billybanks estate, named as one of Wales's biggest eyesores, will finally be put out of their misery as the Penarth Heights development project has been given the go ahead once more following a commitment by Crest Nicholson.
