An office scheme located across two of Cardiff’s historic arcades is close to full occupancy after a string of new letting deals.
With its flexible lease offer, the Creative Quarter, above the Royal and Morgan arcades, has attracted three new tenants in the past few months.
This has seen independent planning and design consultancy, Barton Wilmore, planning specialist Simply Planning and architects O:AD Studios, joining existing tenants on three-year leases.
Moreover, solicitors DMM Legal Services, has expanded into the 507 sq ft suite 205 on a three-year lease, with architect Sadler Brown renewing on a three-year lease.
The scheme, which extends to 17,513 sq ft is now 97% let with just under 500 sq ft of available space.
The Creative Quarter continues to benefit from ongoing investment by the asset managers, LaSalle Investment Management. It is being marketed by property advisory firms Knight Frank and Oscar Clark.

Tom Eddolls, graduate surveyor at joint letting agents Knight Frank, said: “Creative Quarter continues to be the most popular office in the city and despite the subdued market during 2020; we achieved 10 new deals at the building, including a number of leases to new occupiers.”
