What happened in the last meeting?

The two sides have already met this season in the first leg of the South Wales derby at the Liberty Stadium on October 27, 2019, where the Swans won 1-0.

That was the first time the bitter rivals had met in a competitive fixture since February 2014.

This Sunday's match will be the 58th league clash between the two rivals, 22 of which have been won by Swansea, while Cardiff have won 19.

What have the coaches said?

Neil Harris: "What a great occasion. When the fixture is announced every Cardiff and Swansea fan will look for it.

"I was no different when I took over, along with the Bristol City game. The anticipation is exactly what I thought it was going to be.

"They are great occasions in so much as bragging rights when people go to work and sit next to each other in offices. The players are really looking forward to it."

Steve Cooper: “We only focus on ourselves.

“We believe in what we do. Whether it’s a derby match or another match, our aim is to bring our game to the table.

“If we do that, we can win any game. Away from home, we play to win.”

Who is the referee?

He will be assisted in the South Wales derby by Timothy Wood and Daniel Leach, while Geoff Eltringham is the fourth official.
