The 2019 Cardiff Bay 10k is nearly here and we have all the information in one place so you can be ready.
The Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay Run has more than just the 10k course it also has the 2k run for families and those just testing their running ability.
So don't forget to pack your running bib, with a unique race number and running daps and get ready to pound those roads this weekend.
When is the Cardiff Bay 10k?
This year's race takes place on Sunday, March 31 , and the race village is open from 9am to 2pm, at Roald Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay.
The 2K race begins at 10am, 10K Wave 1 at 11am and 10K Wave 2 at 11:10am.
Also, don't forget the clocks spring forward an hour this weekend.
Is there parking at the site and can I get public transport?
Cardiff Bay is easily accessible by car, foot or public transport.
It’s a 20-minute walk from the city centre and is served by regular buses and trains (via Cardiff Queen Street). Parking is available in County Hall for £5 all day.

Are there road closures?
The road closures can be seen below.
Harbour Drive will be access-only from 6am to 1.30pm and Lloyd George Avenue is closed from 9.45am to 1.30pm.

The route takes in all of Cardiff Bay’s most iconic landmarks, starting and finishing in Roald Dahl Plass and passing the Wales Millennium Centre, Mermaid Quay, the Pierhead Building, Senedd, Porth Teigr and the Cardiff Bay Barrage.
