Squid Game fans in Wales will have the chance to compete in challenges inspired by the show this Halloween.
A Cardiff bar is hosting a Squid Game themed event, where participants can play against their friends to win prize money.
Motel Nights is hosting the 'Squid Motel' event inspired by the hit Netflix series on October 31, with the event being described as "an interactive night of games, cocktails, and survival".
Participants will be assigned a number on entry to the Canton bar before playing a series of games against friends and strangers.
A spokesperson for Motel Nights said that the event will feature games from the series as well as some British classics. The last person standing is in with a chance of winning a prize.
The prize in questions is "the life-changing amount of £45.600000000," the event page states, with the amount being inspired by the 45.6 billion cash prize offered to participants in the series.
Tickets are now on sale and are sold in teams of two and four. It is only open to those aged 18 or over, and will start at 6pm.
The South Korean programme has become Netflix's most-watched show in 90 countries. The series sees debt-ridden participants take on tasks inspired by childhood games for a life-changing cash prize. But those who are eliminated from the games meet a grisly end.
The name comes from a Korean playground game that features a court in the shape of a squid.
Motel Nights opened last year on Paper Mill Road near Victoria Park in Canton, Cardiff.
