Cardi B will reportedly make her acting debut in upcoming movie Hustlers, starring alongside Jennifer Lopez.
The Grammy winner is said to be one of several stars to join the cast of Lorene Scafaria’s film Hustlers, which follows a group of New York strippers who team up to turn the tables on their clients.
According to Deadline, Cardi B – who has previously spoken about working as a stripper - will make her feature debut in the Lopez-led film.
Riverdale actress Lili Reinhart, who plays Betty Cooper, Scream Queens’ Keke Palmer and 10 Things I Hate About You star Julia Stiles have also joined the star-studded cast.
Scafaria told the publication: “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this dynamic group of women.
“We’re grateful to have assembled such a powerhouse cast and can’t wait to start filming at the end of the week.”
The director had previously told the publication that the film will “be an empathetic look at gender roles and value”.
She said: “Men have been told they’re worth the size of their bank accounts. Women have been told they’re worth the symmetry of their faces, their bodies, their beauty and that’s what this film is based on. The rules of the club are the rules of the world.”
Last month, Lopez showed off her pole dancing skills in preparation for her latest role in a video posted by her fiancé.
The singer and actress flaunted her incredible figure as she learned how to pole dance for her upcoming role.
Lopez could be seen twirling round the silver pole in black high heels, shorts and a crop top while under the direction of an instructor.
After struggling to get to grips with the routine at first, Lopez wrapped her legs around the pole and perfectly pulled off the move.
The star recently became engaged to Alex Rodriguez, having been together since 2017.
