Manchester United have been handed a home tie against League One side Rochdale, with Chelsea hosting Macclesfield Town or Grimsby - a tie that was postponed on Tuesday due to bad weather.
There is a return to the Emirates for Carl Jenkinson with Arsenal hosting Nottingham Forest with Tottenham drawn away to Colchester.
West Ham are also in action against League One opposition with a trip to Oxford United on the horizon while Watford will welcome Swansea to Vicarage Road.
The most eye-catching fixture of the round pits Southampton against Portsmouth in a south coast derby.
