Cara Delevingne is working on a brand new BBC Three documentary to explore sexuality and gender.
The 27-year-old model and actress is even expected to open up about some of her past relationships as part of the high profile documentary.
The new documentary is said to explore the changing definitions of sexuality and gender identity – with Cara navigating viewers through the modern complex world of dating.
BBC possess are hopeful that the show will be a ratings smash and are thrilled to have Cara – who has featured in films including Paper Towns and modelled for huge brands such as Burberry and Chanel – on board.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “It’s a real coup to have landed Cara, as she has such a high profile.
"There’s a huge buzz about her documentary.
“Producers are hoping to release it in the US. They’re pleased with how hands-on Cara has been, though obviously production has been held up by coronavirus.”
The source added that it could be just the beginning of a long new relationship between Cara and the Beeb.
They teased: “BBC3 hopes this will be the first project of many they can do with her.”
Cara has discussed how she identifies as pansexual – meaning an attraction to people irrespective of their gender identity.
She explained to Variety last month: “I always will remain, I think, pansexual.
“However one defines themselves — whether it’s ‘they’ or ‘he’ or ‘she’ — I fall in love with the person and that’s that. I’m attracted to the person. I change a lot.”
The model recently broke up with Pretty Little Liars actress Ashley Benson after a two year romance.
