Cara Delevingne returns to catwalk after 'family intervention' following erratic behaviour

Cara Delevingne made her return to the catwalk for the fourth instalment on Rihanna's Fenty show.

It was a poignant moment for the model, 30, who looked back to her best after sparking concern in recent months with her erratic behaviour.

After concerns were raised, with her family reportedly staging an intervention she put on a confident display as she walked down the runway in a silver bra, matching underwear and suspenders.

Wearing her hair in long braids, the model sported bleached eyebrows, dramatic winged eyeliner and a bold lip.

She finished off her look with an elaborate pair of earrings.

Multiple famous faces took part in Rihanna's fourth annual Savage X Fenty show which included singing star Anitta, supermodels Joan Smalls and Irina Shayk and movie stars Taraji P. Henson and Simu Liu.

Johnny Depp, just months off of his notorious legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard, was also controversially enlisted for a guest appearance as well.

The collection is made up of 'disparate textures, unexpected detailing, and unconventional proportions that come together seamlessly to create a boundary-bending xperience for everyBODY.'

Rihanna's fashion brand includes sizes from 30–46 in bands and A–H in cups (up to 46DDD/42H).

Underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear are available in a range of sizes ranging from XS–4X/XS–XXXXL.

Cara sparked alarm in early September when footage emerged of acting erratically while walking outside without shoes on while holding a cigarette.

The model seemed disoriented as she talked to someone on the phone.

Two weeks later, close friend Margot Robbie looked visibly upset as she left Cara’s LA home, having been to visit Cara.

A family friend told The Sun: "We are all incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a few weeks now, and Cara's family is involved. There is talk of staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may well need."

They added: "She has been burning the candle at both ends of late, and it's clearly taking its toll. The consensus is that she needs a few weeks of total rest — no booze, no partying and, crucially, some healthy, hot meals inside her."

Reports claim that friends close to Cara are urging her to seek professional help - suggesting she go to rehab and seek therapy.

TMZ reported: "We're told Cara's been struggling for a while now, initially with mental health issues, but now the people closest to her believe she needs rehab too.

"We're told Margot and other friends are advocating for Cara to immediately get into a treatment program."
