The Love Island bombshell, 30, wanted to share the "reality of having a baby" with her 1.1million fans on Instagram on Wednesday.
Just one day had passed since the reality star had given birth to her first baby girl with her husband Nathan Massey.
Already the couple raise their son Fred and they have extended their brood.
In a glowing snap, Cara stripped off down to her leaf-print pants to reveal her postpartum physique with her fans.
The mum-of-two covered her naked breasts with her hands while she snapped the mirror selfie.
Her dark raven-coloured locks was bundled onto the top of her head in a tousled style.
She wrote on her Instagram stories: "The reality of having a baby."
Cara went into an early labour and she was whisked to Darenth Valley Hospital on Saturday.
The Love Island bombshell was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, a complication of blood pressure affecting pregnant women.
Despite fears for her safety, her representative confirmed she welcomed her baby girl into the world at 5.45am on Tuesday.
In a statement Cara's representatives said: "The Can Group are pleased to announce that Cara Delahoyde-Massey and her husband Nathan have given birth to a beautiful baby girl at Darenth Valley Hospital at 5:45am on July 28th, 2020.
"Mum and baby are both doing well, and the couple would like to thank the hospital for the amazing care, and a special thanks to their midwife Teresa."
