A five-month old baby is missing after the car it was strapped in was stolen from a garage in the Gold Coast suburb of Molendinar.
Police are asking for public assistance to help find the white Mazda 3 with Queensland registration plates 173 WTW.
"At 4.25pm, the baby was strapped into the rear child-seat of a car, parked in the garage of an address on Stringybark Drive, when unknown offenders stole the vehicle," Queensland Police said in a statement.
Those who see the car should not approach it and immediately contact police.
