A car has ploughed through a pub beer garden narrowly missing a group of drinkers.
The shocking incident took place at the Hare and Hounds in Skelmersdale, Lancashire at around 10.30pm on Monday.
Three punters can be seen stood outside in the front beer garden of the pub when a car travelling at speed smashes through planters and benches, narrowly missing them.
Andrea Lesbirel, manager of the Hare and Hounds, told Lancs Live the incident was a 'miracle' despite it causing more than £2,000.
She said the beer garden is usually lined with picnic benches during the hotter months and filled with people all day and night.
Andrea, who has been the manager for three years, said: "It is usually full of picnic benches in the summer, all day and night. It is a miracle there was no casualties, if this was in the summer there is no doubt there would have been.

"It's usually packed all day. I'm so glad no one got hurt, it would have been a very different story."
It is not thought that any of the people stood in the beer garden at the time of the crash were injured.
Andrea says that the vehicle had smashed through a metal bollard, two metal planters and three picnic benches before coming to a stop after hitting a further metal bollard.

If the second bollard was not there, she believes that the car would have gone on to cause even further damage to other vehicles parked on the side street.
The 28-year-old added: "It didn't effect opening hours, we were able to open next day. It was all cleared up in the morning. The local residents helped us to clear it up."
Lancashire Police attended the incident and are appealing to the public for information.
