Car seized for broken light and driver arrested for having no insurance

A car has been seized after police discovered it was being driven by an unqualified driver with invalid insurance.

Greater Manchester Police Salford tweeted at 11.02 yesterday (Wednesday): "A #TransportUnit patrol stopped this Fiesta whilst in Walkden this evening as it had a broken sidelight.

"They then seized it as well after the driver was found to be a provisional licence holder with invalid insurance.
