A car was left with extensive damage after it was knocked into a property in Cullercoats following a crash.
The stationary vehicle was parked in Station Road, Cullercoats when another car reversed into it, knocking it into a property at around 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
Officers from Northumbria police attended the scene after they received a report of a collision but thankfully no one was injured and no further police action was required.

As a result, surrounding roads including Whitley Road and Victoria Terrace were heavily congested.
Photos from the scene this afternoon showed a white vehicle with extensive damage to the front being towed away.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "Police received a report of a collision on Station Road, Cullercoats, on Thursday, September 30.
"At around 3pm officers attended the scene where a car had reversed into a stationary vehicle, knocking it into a property.
"No one was injured and no further police action was required."
