Firefighters raced to the scene after a car that went up in flames on Luas tracks in the north inner city last night.
The blaze erupted on Dominick Street late last night.
Dublin Fire Brigade staff from the Phibsborough station rushed to the scene of the fire and managed to quickly bring it under control.
They later tweeted: "Phibsborough firefighters at a car fire on the L uas tracks on Dominick Street overnight. The fire was quickly brought under control & extinguished."
