A car flipped onto its roof in an early morning crash on the M80.
Police were called to the one vehicle crash between junction seven and eight near Falkirk at around 7.40am on Monday morning.
The incident resulted in two lanes being blocked causing heavy queues heading northbound from Glasgow to Stirling .
Officers rushed to close both lanes while recovery teams were called to remove the vehicle from the scene.
Traffic Scotland said that the road was cleared to motorists at around 8.30am this morning, however Google Maps still shows heavy queuing in the area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “There is no information on injuries at this time.”
Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
