A car flipped on its roof at a busy junction this morning leaving a woman in hospital.
Police, paramedics and fire engines sped to the scene after reports a car had crashed and flipped onto its roof in Fazakerley.
The accident happened on Long Lane near the junction of Lower Lane around 7.15am.

Following emergency services arriving on scene, a woman in her 40s was taken to hospital for assessment.
Merseyside Police confirmed just one car was involved and had completely overturned onto its roof.
Despite the dramatic crash, the woman is not reported to have been seriously injured.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "At around 7.15am this morning (4 June) a one vehicle collision was reported on Long Lane near the junction with Lower Lane.
"A woman in her 40’s was taken to hospital for assessment and at this stage it’s not believed she’s seriously injured."
