Car flips and lands on its roof after crashing into two cars in Cardiff

This is the scene of a residential street in Cardiff after a car crashed and flipped onto its roof.

The incident happened at around 11.20am on Wednesday morning (January 29) on College Road in Llandaff North.

According to South Wales Police, the black Renault Clio crashed into two vehicles before flipping onto its roof.

A police spokeswoman said the male driver was out of the car before the police arrived and that nobody was injured.

She said: "We were called to College Road at 11.23am to reports of a vehicle on its roof. It had collided with two other vehicles.

"The male driver was out of the vehicle when we arrived.

"No arrests were made."

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service also attended the crash.

A spokeswoman for the fire service said: "At approximately 11:37am on Wednesday we received reports of a road traffic collision on College Road, Llandaff North.

"Crews from Ely station attended the scene to secure the area.

"A stop message was received at 11:56am."

The Welsh Ambulance Service was also called but the request was cancelled because its services weren't needed.
